I have been telling myself to clear the food in my freezer, so when I open up my fish drawer, found two trays of salmon skin sitting in there, thinking to throw or to cook…. so here it is, my lunch for today!
300g salmon skin, cut into strips
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp light soy sauce (optional)
2 tsp sesame oil
Use kitchen towel to pat dry the salmon skin
Marinate with salt, soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 mins
Air fried at 180C for 15-20 mins
