300g boneless salmon fillet
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sake
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Combine all the seasoning in a small bowl.
Coat the salmon fillets completely with the marinate.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
Air Fryer Method:
Place a piece of baking paper into the basket
Coat the salmon with a thin layer of oil
Air fried it at 180C for 15 mins or till golden brown.
Preheat oven to 220°C
Line a baking pan with foil and coat with a thin layer of oil.
Place salmon fillet skin side down on the foil.
Place salmon fillet on the second upper rack and bake for 6 – 10 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
