Ingredients:
450g pork belly or collar butt (cut into long strips)
150ml water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Red food coloring
3 cloves garlic – chopped
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Char Siew sauce
1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp dark soy sauce

Method:
Put all the ingredient together and marinade overnight
Heat up a non stick pan, put in the meat together with the marinade and cook till water dries up and lightly brown
Leave to cool completely before slicing it
Serve with rice and cucumber
