Chicken Kiev๐Ÿ“๐Ÿƒ

Ingredients:
2 pieces chicken breast meat
50g butter, room temperature
1 tsp chopped garlic
5 chopped fresh parsley
4 tbsp plain flour
4 tbsp cornflakes crumbs / bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, salt and pepperoni mix well. Put into a pipping bag, set aside
Use the chopping knife, cut a horizontal pocket into both chicken breast
Fill the pocket of the chicken with the butter mixture and seal the opening with a toothpick
In a small bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs and Parmesan cheese and mix well
In another small bowl, season the plain flour with dash of salt and pepper
In another bowl, beat the egg well
Take the chicken and dust it with flour, then roll it in the egg and finally the cornflake crumbs
Place the breaded chicken Kiev in a shallow dish, then cover and place in the fridge for 30 mins (this make the butter less likely to leak out of the chicken during cooking)
Air fry at 180C till golden brown or pan fry it will a little bit of oil till golden brown
Cut into pieces and serve with salad, lettuce and cherry tomatoes
