Pepperoni Thin Crust Pizza

My son love pizza. I usually buy pizza from the shop which usually cost about A$10 for a large pizza or buy frozen pizza from supermarket for A$3 from Coles. I understand that pizza can cost about S$20 in Singapore?? So why don’t make it yourself with these simple ingredients, as for topping, you can put anything you like, chicken, seafood, beef, lamb, ham, bacon, squid, pineapple etc, etc!!

Slowly add in the water and beat into a dough

Pizza base:
On a floured work top, use enough dough for your pan
Flatten the dough and roll into round or rectangular
Place onto a greased 9inch pizza pan (I use a rectangular tray)
Prick the crust with a fork
Spread tomato purée (I use Leggo’s Pizza Sauce) over crust
Place the pepperoni and cheese on top
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 12 min or until cooked and cheese is lightly brown
