FISH FILLETS WITH CORN FLAKES CRUMBS🐠🐟🐠🐟

Ingredients:
500g Basa Fish fillets​ – cut into bite sizes
Kellogg’s corn flakes crumbs

Seasoning:
1 tsp Oyster sauce​
1 tsp Soy sauce​
1 tsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade Original flavour​
1/4 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper​
1/2 tsp Sesame oil​
3 tbsp Kentucky flour​

Method:
1.​ marinate fish fillets with the seasoning
2. roll over with corn flakes crumbs
3. heat a little oil on a shallow frying pan and fry till golden brown on both side, serve hot. (Or you can Air fried it at 180 degree C for 15 mins)
