Ingredients:
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup corn flour

Seasoning:
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Fine Shrimp sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil

Air Fried Method:
Marinate the chicken in the seasoning overnight in the fridge
Just before frying, coat the chicken with corn flour, and lightly shake off the flour.
Air fired at 200Β°C for 15 min or until golden brown

Oven method:
Preheat oven to 200Β°C (fan force) and roast chicken till golden brown
