菠菜鱼片汤 Fish Fillet And Spinach Soup🐠🐠🐠

用菠菜和鱼片滚成的汤非常清甜,即使加入油条也不觉得油腻,口感反而更丰富!

Serve 3-4

Ingredients:
200g fish fillet, sliced
1 tbsp oil
5 slices ginger
600m l water
300g spinach
1 Yao Char Kueh, sliced and toast until crispy

Seasoning:
1 tsp Maggi Concentrated chicken stock
Dash of salt and pepper

Method:
Marinade fish with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp corn flour
Heat up oil, sauté sliced ginger until fragrant
Add water, seasoning and bring to boil. Add in the fish and spinach and bring to boil again. Dish up to a serving bowl
Garnish with Yao char Kueh on top and serve
