Roasted Butter Chicken With Almond Rice 香烤奶油鸡🐔🍗配杏仁饭

Ingredients for the roasted butter chicken:
2 chicken whole legs
2 tbsp butter

Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp corn flour

Method:
Mix chicken with marinade and marinate for overnight
Roast chicken in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 20 mins (or Air Fried at 180°C )
Remove and brush butter evenly over the chicken whole legs
Return to oven and roast for another 20 mins or until golden brown
Remove and brush butter again.
Cut into pieces and serve hot

材料:
2 只鸡全腿
2 大匙牛油

腌料:
1 小匙盐
1/2 小匙五香粉
1 小匙粟粉

做法:
鸡腿加入腌料拌勻腌过夜
鸡腿放进烤以220°C 烤20分钟、 取出涂上牛油,继续烤20分钟至金黃色
取出烤鸡、再涂上牛油,斩块享用

ALMOND RICE
Ingredients:
150g rice, wash and drained well
1 tbsp oil / olive oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
+/- 250ml water
50g toasted almond flakes
1 tbsp raisins

Method:
Heat up oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add in the rice and stir fry until well mixed
Add salt, pepper and water
Cook the rice in a rice cooker until cooked
Sprinkle toasted almond flakes and raisins on top of rice just before serving.

杏仁饭
材料:
150g 米,洗净,沥干
1 大匙油/橄榄油
1 大匙蒜茸
适量盐和胡椒粉调味
+/- 250ml 水
50g 烘香杏仁片
1 大匙葡萄干

做法:
烧热油,爆香蒜茸,加入米拌勻,加入盐,胡椒粉和水, 用电饭 煲煮至饭熟及干
享用前,洒上烘香杏仁片及葡萄干
