Japanese Style Fried Rice With Tuna 日式吞拿鱼炒饭🐟🐟🐟

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tin tuna, drain
2 eggs, eaten
2 bowl cooked rice

Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp sesame oil

2 stalk spring onion
Japanese mayonnaise

Method:
Add 1 tsp of Japanese mayonnaise into the tuna and mix well
Heat oil and sauté garlic until aromatic. Add beaten eggs and stir fry until almost set
Add cooked rice, seasoning to taste and fry over high heat until well mix
Lastly add tuna fish, spring onion and stir well
Dish up and serve hot.
