1 kg​ Chicken wing

(A)
1 tbsp​ sesame oil
1 tbsp​ fish sauce
½ tbsp​ oyster sauce
½ tbsp​ light soy sauce
½ tbsp​ Kentucky flour

(B)
1​ egg white – beat well
​Kentucky flour Crispy

METHOD:
marinate chicken with (A) for few hours or overnight
Coat the chicken wings with egg whites follow by Kentucky flour
Air fry at 200 degree for 20 mins or till golden brown
