The first time I ate this dish was in a Thai restaurant while holidaying at Beijing, China, many many years ago. The weather was freezing cold in Christmas, and this pot of pipping hot and sour fish soup goes so well with a bowl of white rice, even till now, my son still can remember where we had this soup from!

Ingredients:
400g Fish fillets – cut into bite size
2 coriander leaves stalks
1-2 chili padi

Seasoning:
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Suntisuk Nammanaw brand lime juice for cooking
6 tbsp water
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp Knorr chicken seasoning powder

Method:
1. Put all seasoning in a bowl and mix well
2. Put the fish in a clay pot or bowl, pour the seasoning, chili padi and coriander leave stalks and steam on high heat for 15 mins or till cooked
3. Serve with hot rice
