Jaded Chicken ็ฟก็ฟ ้ธก๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

Ingredients:
600g chicken wings
110g spring onions
10g sliced ginger

Seasoning:
(A)
120g Hua Tiao Chiew
1 tsp vinegar

(B)
2 tsp soy sauce / Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Dash sesame oil
Sesame seeds (optional)

Method:
Heat wok, add 3 tbsp oil and stir fry ginger till fragrant
Add chicken and fry till lightly brown
Add the seasoning (A) and bring to boil, cover and reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 mins
When cooked, add in (B) and spring onions
Thicken with corn flour water
Sprinkle with sesame oil over the top and and serve
