Lined 3 rectangles tray with baking paper

250g​ Golden Churn butter – leave at room temperature till soft
2​ eggs – room temperature
90g​ brown sugar
190g​ Sanitarium brand rolled oats
125g​ plain flour
2 tsp green tea powder
50g sultanas

Pre-heat oven at 160°C fan bake
Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and use hand to knead well
Spoon 1 tsp of batter onto baking tray
bake for 12-15 mins or till golden
leave to cool before storing
