Green Tea Cookies🍪🍪🍪

250g plain flour
2 tbsp green tea powder
1/2 tsp salt
227g butter, room temperature
60g icing sugar

Sift flour, green tea powder and salt, set aside
Place butter in a electric mixer bowl, using k-beater and cream on medium speed until fluffy, about 3-5 mins
Add in the sugar and continue to beat until very light and fluffy, about 2 mins
Reduce to low speed and add in the flour slowly until flour is just incorporated and dough stick together when squeezed with fingers
Place a piece of baking paper on table top, dust with flour, roll dough to 1/4 inch thick, chill in fridge until firm, about 30 mim
Preheat oven to 170°C
Line two baking tray with baking paper, cut chilled dough with cookie cutters, use a spatular and transfer the cookie to the baking tray and chill until firm
Bake until firm and barely starting go color, rotating halfway through, about 15-20 mins
Cool completely on wire rack
Store in airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
