Turkey Meat Balls With Spaghetti ðŸðŸðŸ

Ingredients for the meat balls:
300g turkey minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
10g coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp ketchup
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoon bread crumbs

1 bottle of Bolognese sauce
1 large onion, slice
Fresh or canned mushroom
Parmesan cheese

Method:
Mix all the ingredients for turkey ball well then shape into balls
Heat oil in a non stick pan then pan fry the balls till golden brown, dish up and set aside
Add the onion into the pan and fry till brown, add in the mushroom, sauce and meat balls and simmer for 8-10 mins
In another large pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti with some oil and salt, when cooked, dish up and put onto the serving plate
Pour the sauce on top the spaghetti, add some shave Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
