Stewed Chicken With Button Mushroom – Cooking On Stove Or With Thermomix


600g boneless chicken thigh, cut into chunk
1 can button mushroom (sliced)
40g ginger
10g cooking oil

2 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoon thick soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt

3 teaspoon corn flour + 1 tablespoon water (for thickening)

Stove Method:
Heat oil in work and sauté the ginger till fragrant
Add in the chicken and fry till color changed
Add in mushroom and seasoning and mix well
Reduce heat and simmer till chicken is cooked
Thicken with corn flour mixture
Serve hot with rice

Method for Thermomix
Add oil and ginger to sauté 2 min / Varoma / speed 1
Add chicken, mushroom and sauce to cook 14 mim 30 sec / Voroma / spoon / reverse
Add thickening 30 sec / Voroma / reverse / spoon
Serve hot with rice
