Braised Pork Belly With Hoisin Sauce🐷🐷🐷

Serve 2-3
Cooking time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
600g Pork belly
1 tbsp oil
5 pieces ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 dried chillies, cut into small section

Seasoning:
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon fermented soya bean paste
1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
700ml water

Method:
Blanch pork belly in boiling water until cooked. Dish and drain
Heat up oil, sauté ginger and garlic until aromatic
Add dried chili, pork belly and stir fry until fragrant
Add seasoning and bring to boil
Lower the heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened (about one hour)
Dish up and serve hot with rice.
