Beef Satay

Ingredient (A)
750g topside beef – slice the my and against the grain

Ingredient (B)
2 large onion – grated

Marinade:
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon fennel powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Cummins powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1/3 cup thick coconut milk

Method:
Combine the beef with (B) and the marinade and marinade in the fridge overnight.
Soak the bamboo skewer in cold water for one hour before skewer the meat.
