Chocolate Banana Cake🍫🍌🎂

Ingredients:
(A)
100g brown sugar
200g oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup bittersweet Choc chips
76g fresh milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
300g over ripe banana – mash with a fork
60g Walnut – chopped

(B) sift together
166g self raising flour
1 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
80g coco powder

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Line an 8 inch square pan with baking paper
3. Using a electric mixer and beat oil and sugar for about one min

4. Reduce speed to min, then add eggs one at a time, turn up the speed and beat till combine

5. reduce speed to min, then fold in the flour till thick
6. Use a spatular fold in the milk
7. Lastly, fold in the banana,1/2 portion of the Choc chip and walnut, do not over mix

8. Pour into the baking tin and top with the remaining walnut and Choc chips

9. bake in oven (150C) for about 1 ½ hrs, stand for 5 mins before turning onto wire rack, remove the cake from the mould and let it cool
