Air Fried Emperor Chicken Wings


1 kg​ Chicken wing

1 tbsp​ sesame oil
1 tbsp​ fish sauce
1 tbsp​ oyster sauce
1 tbsp​ light soy sauce

​KOGI Emperor Crispy Chicken Flour


1. marinate chicken with (A) for few hours or overnight

2. In a bowl add 130ml water and add the whole content of the flour into the bowl and use a hand whisk and whisk till a smooth batter

3. Pour the batter into the chicken wing and marinate for another hour

4. Air fry at 200 degree for 20 mins or till golden brown
