阿嬷肉丸Deep Fried Meat Balls

  
My mother-in-law cook this dish often as they are my husband’s favorite dish.  When I learn this dish from her, as usual, she didn’t have a recipe for me to follow, so over the years, through trial and errors, I have finally created this recipe so it will taste the same every time I cook it.  Hope you will enjoy this recipe just as my family does!

Ingredients:

400g Minced pork

100g fresh or frozen prawns​ – cut into cubes

6 prices – Cream crackers​ – roughly blend

 Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon Corn flour
2 teaspoon Light soy sauce​

2 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon Salt

Dash of Pepper​

METHOD:

1. marinate the pork in seasoning for few hours

  
2. shape into bite size balls

  

3. coat with cream crackers and deep fried till golden
