阿嬷 Sotong θ‚‰η’ŽπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™Minced Pork Stuffed Squid

This is another ‘agar agar” dish that my mother in law cooked often when I lived in Singapore.  Since I moved here, I have been trying to recreate this dish and finally today is a success! Over the years, the problem I have is either too much or not enough meat, too salty or not salty, and I hate it when the meat exploded out from the squid if I fill it too much! Today, all went extremely well, no wastage of meat, and the meat stay intact through out.  β˜ΊοΈβ˜ΊοΈβ˜ΊοΈ
