Fried Pork Fillet With Apple šŸ·šŸ·šŸšŸ

At first I wanted to cook Char Siew with the meat, but I have a green apple sitting in my fridge (which is quite an eye sore) and I want to get rid of, so I decided to cook this dish instead.  I reckon, anything with pulm sauce will not go wrong! I mean who don’t like anything that is sweet and sour?

Ingredients:

750g Collar Butt Pork, cut into cube

1 green apple, cut into pieces
Marinade:

1 egg white

1 1/2 tablespoon corn flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon bi-carb baking soda

Sauce:

5 tablespoon plum sauce

1/2 tablespoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

50ml water

Method:

Mix pork with marinade and marinade for few hours

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown, dish and drain

In a clean work, cook sauce ingredients until thickened

Add in Apple and pork and mix well
Dish and serve immediately
