Steam Egg With Minced Pork


Ingredients for the steam eggs:

4 eggs

400 ml water

1 teaspoon Salt

Ingredient for the minced pork

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

100g minced pork

20g frozen corn

30g carrots, cubed 

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon water


Spring onion, chopped


Beat eggs well in a heat proof bowl, then add in water and sat and mix well 

 steam on medium-low heat till egg is cooked

In the meantime, cook the minced pork. Heat the sesame oil in the work, add in the garlic and fry till fragrant 

Add in the minced pork, carrots and corn and fry till cooked.

Add in the remaining seasoning and mix well, set aside

When the steam egg is cooked, pour the minced pork on top the egg and serve immediately with hot rice.
