Homemade Prawn Burger

Ingredients:
600g Prawn meat
50g bread crumbs
Burger buns
1 tablespoon butter
Some lettuce leave
2 tomato, sliced

Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Sauce:
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce

Method:
1. Pat prawn meat dry. Put prawn meat and seasoning into a food processor and blend well

2. Divide mixture into 8 portion (the size of the patties depending on the size of your burger bun, remember to cater for some shrinkage during cooking), coat with bread crumbs and flatten them

3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Dish up and drain

4. Split the burger bun in half horizontally.

5. Melt butter in a pan and pan fry the burger bun until golden brown

6. Sandwich the bun with lettuce, sliced tomato follow by patties, spread with mayonnaise, chili sauce and tomato sauce.

Turkey Burger

Ingredients:
250g turkey mince
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 teaspoon mild American mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/t tablespoon bread crumbs
15g coriander leaves. Minced
Dash of black pepper

3 hamburger rolls
Lettuce
3 slices tomato
3 Slices cheddar cheese

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and divide mixture into 3 and place in 4-inch ring moulds
Preheat pan or barbecue for medium-high heat. Brush bread roll with butter. Grill, cut side down, cover and set aside. Grill patties until brown then turn, cook until medium-rare, or to your liking
To serve, place lettuce on bun then patties and cheese, tomato and your favorite sauce on top

Homemade Beef Burger🐂🐂🍔🍔

Ingredients:
560 g Beef Mince
2 tbsp Olive Oil
½ Brown Onion
Salt and Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 Small Egg, beaten
4 Round Rolls
2 tbsp Butter
4 Natural Cheese Slices
190 g Middle Bacon
8 Lettuce Leaves

Method:
Cook bacon until crisp and place on paper towel.
Heat tbsp of oil in heavy small sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion, salt and pepper and sauté until tender. Stir in minced garlic. Set aside. Mix cooled onions and garlic with mince, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Add egg. Divide mixture into 4 and place in 4-inch ring moulds.

To serve, place lettuce on bun then patties and cheese & bacon on top.
Add roasted tomatoes & your favourite sauce.
