Turkey Meat Balls With Spaghetti ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ

Ingredients for the meat balls:
300g turkey minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
10g coriander leaves, chopped
1 tbsp ketchup
Dash of pepper
2 tablespoon bread crumbs

1 bottle of Bolognese sauce
1 large onion, slice
Fresh or canned mushroom
Parmesan cheese

Method:
Mix all the ingredients for turkey ball well then shape into balls
Heat oil in a non stick pan then pan fry the balls till golden brown, dish up and set aside
Add the onion into the pan and fry till brown, add in the mushroom, sauce and meat balls and simmer for 8-10 mins
In another large pot of boiling water, cook the spaghetti with some oil and salt, when cooked, dish up and put onto the serving plate
Pour the sauce on top the spaghetti, add some shave Parmesan cheese and serve immediately

Hot Dog Spaghetti Aglio e Olio๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ – Gluten Free Option

Spaghetti aglio e olio (“spaghetti with garlic and oil” in Italian) is a traditional Italian pasta dish. The dish is made by lightly sauteeing sliced, minced or pressed garlic in olive oil, sometimes with the addition of dried red chili flakes, and tossing with spaghetti. Finely chopped parsley can also be added as a garnish, along with grated parmesan or pecorino cheese, although according to some traditional recipes, cheese should not be added. Spaghetti Aglio e olio it is not only delicious but ridiculously quick and easy to make, and it involves just a handful of common ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry: garlic, good olive oil, fresh parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
225 g uncooked spaghetti / Gluten Free Spaghetti
Hot dog cut into bite size / Gluten Free Sausages
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
60 ml olive oil
Dash of red pepper flakes, or to taste
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
8 g chopped fresh Italian parsley
40 g finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Method:
Poke the spaghetti through the hot dogs
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a pasta bowl.
Put the garlic and olive oil in a cold non stick pan.
Cook over medium heat to slowly toast garlic, about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low when olive oil begins to bubble. Cook and stir until garlic is golden brown, about another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt into the pasta. Pour in olive oil and garlic, and sprinkle on Italian parsley and half of the parmesan cheese; stir until combined.
Serve pasta topped with the remaining parmesan cheese.

Fish Cubes Bacon Rolls With Spaghetti ๅŸนๆ น้ฑผๅทๆ„ๅคงๅˆฉ้ข๐Ÿ–๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ – Gluten Free Option

Preparation time: 30 mins
Serve 3

Fish cubes bacon roll ingredients:
300g fish fillets, cut into 16 cubes
8 pieces of bacon, cut each into half
16 onions wedges (optional)
16 toothpicks

Marinade:
Dash of pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp water
1 tsp corn flour

Method:
Mix fish cubes with marinade and marinate for 10 mins or longer
Spread bacon onto a work surface and arrange fish cubes and onions wedge on top. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat the same method until all ingredients are used up
Heat up a grill pan, pour in a little oil and grill the bacon rolls until golden brown. Turn over and grill the other side until golden brown and cooked.
Dish up and set aside

Ingredients for Spaghetti:
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onions, skinned and chopped
2 tomato, sliced
160g Spaghetti, cooked until just tender, drain / Gluten Free Spaghetti
1 1/2 tsp salt
Dash of black pepper

Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese

Method:
Heat up oil, add onion and stir fry till soft add in tomatoes and stir well
Add spaghetti and salt and pepper to taste and quickly fry till well mixed, dish up to a serving plate
Serve fried spaghetti with fish cubes bacon rolls and grated Parmesan cheese.
