It is a great source of fiber to help wash out any toxins. It hold enough carotids to help prevent premature aging and cardiovascular disease. They are rich in magnesium, potassium and zinc. Ingredients:
30g onions
30g butter
400g pumpkin flesh, cut into pieces
100g potatoes. Peeled, cut into pieces
500g water
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
150g cream (I use milk)

Method:
Place onion into mixing bowl, chop 3 sec / speed 5
Add butter and sauté 3 min / Varoma / speed 1
Add pumpkin, potatoes and water, cook 15 min / 100 C / speed 2
Blend 1 min / speed 10
Add salt, pepper and cream, cook 4 min / 100 C/ reverse / speed 2
Serve hot
